Ralph Reid Neilson received his bachelors degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University in 1969. He then completed his MBA at Utah State University in Logan, Utah.
After graduation, he worked for Union Bank of Los Angeles where he became a vice president and manager. Ralph has also worked for Charles Pfizer Company, H. F. Whittle Investment and Conoco Oil Corporation. In 1978, he was founding director of DeAnza National Bank in Riverside California. Ralph is a past president of the LDS Business Association in Southern California and a past president of the Brigham Young University Management Society. In 1977 he co-founded LeBaron Investments which develops and manages shopping centers in Southern California.
Currently, he is retired and serves on the Marriott School of Business National Advisory Council at BYU. Ralph and his late wife, Katherine Larkin from St. George, are the parents of six children. Remarrying in 2011, he and Roseann Mix have a total of 12 children and 40 grandchildren. They reside in Orange California.
