Beth W. Tolbert dedicated her career helping others find the perfect piece of property as well as helping others thrive in the industry. She is a retired real estate broker associate and prior partner of Tolbert, Nielsen, Johnson Realty Group. Beth has served as the chairwoman of the Utah Real Estate Commission, the national president of the Woman’s Council of Realtors in 1994, and the president of the Utah County Association of Realtors in 1984.
Her expertise, dedication, and contributions to the industry have not gone unnoticed. In fact, both the Utah Association of Realtors and Utah County Association of Realtors have named her Realtor of the Year and the Utah Woman’s Council of Realtors has honored her as Woman of the Year. Additionally, she is a past Utah and Utah County Certified Residential Specialist of the Year. Both the Utah State Association and the Utah County Association have presented her with the Distinguished Service Award.
Outside of her professional career, Beth has been dedicated to supporting higher education. She served as the chairwoman of the Board of Trustees for Utah Valley State College (now known as Utah Valley University). Prior to her appointment as chairwoman of the governing body, she served as a trustee for eight years. Additionally, she served as a member of UVU’s National Presidential Advisory Board.
Beth has served as the Alpine Stake Young Women’s President in addition to holding numerous other positions within The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Beth has lived in Santa Clara for 18 years. She is married to Stan Tolbert, and they have three sons and daughters-in-law, 11 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren.
